Cruise Summary

Feel as though you are sailing through one giant national park on this breathtaking journey to some of Denmark and Norway’s most sought-after destinations. Sailing around Denmark will first take you to Skagen, the country’s northernmost town. It is famed for its artistic heritage and its unique houses that are painted yellow with red roofs and have extremely well-kept gardens. You’ll then experience charming Aarhus and effortlessly cool Copenhagen, before a sojourn in Norway’s Kristiansand where trying some salted cod is a must.

London Tilbury, a key entry point to the UK capital, is nestled along the River Thames in Essex. Discover waterfront attractions like Tilbury Fort, which offers a window into the rich maritime history of this quintessential port town on the Thames Estuary.

Friday 25th April - AT SEA

Sea days are the perfect opportunity to explore the ship, relax and unwind and spend quality time with those around you. Whether you pamper yourself in the Green Sea Spa, experience all the outstanding cuisine we have onboard, enjoy our amazing entertainment in the Palladium and other venues, attend a class or talk or play games with friends or family, there's something for everyone.

 

Saturday 26th April - SKAGEN

Skagen, Denmark's northernmost town, offers an engaging blend of maritime charm and artistic heritage. Visit the Skagens Museum to admire famous paintings by local artists who lived and worked in the area around the turn of the 20th century. Afterwards, indulge in local delicacies at renowned seafood restaurants along the harbour.

Sunday 27th April - AARHUS

A cultural gem on Denmark's Jutland peninsula, Aarhus blends historic charm with contemporary vibrancy. Cobblestone streets lead to avant-garde galleries, revealing the nuanced elegance of this storied city.

Monday 28th April - COPENHAGEN

Copenhagen, Denmark's capital, epitomises Scandinavian elegance with its historic charm and modern vibrancy. From royal palaces to innovative architecture, the city invites exploration of its cultural richness and harbour views.

Tuesday 29th April - KRISTIANSAND

Kristiansand, Norway, is a destination of immense coastal beauty and distinct Norwegian culture. Explore historic neighbourhoods like Posebyen, enjoy popular attractions such as Kristiansand Zoo and Amusement Park, and discover the scenic landscapes along the Skagerrak Strait.
